While I'll decline writing a review for one of those web sites, I do want to let you know that my wife and I were quite satisfied and pleased with our recent experiences purchasing a Nissan Leaf, SV. We enjoyed working with Wilson Bui and appreciated his knowledge about the Leaf.
Wonderful experience throughout the purchase process of our new 2012 Nissan Leaf. It started with an email from Nissan alerting us that our Leaf was ready at Premier, followed by an email from Vincent Nguyen. We had a 10 minute phone call to hash out the details and I was at the dealership the next day at 10:00 and drove the car off the lot by 11:30 am. Pretty amazing, no hassles , no pain points just perfect execution.
Vincent did a great job of going over all of the car's features, given this is an all electric vehicle there are some nuances that need some more hand holding. I told Vincent that I was not interested in extended warranty or a maintenance plan, he passed that information to Patrick in finance who was a pleasure to work with.
The third leg of the process was to get my coveted HOV stickers , Sylvia (office manager) was filling in for someone on leave and helped expedite the processing of my new car registration and I was able to get the stickers within 3 weeks which is exceptional.Hats off to a great experience.

It has been 2 months since we purchased our Infiniti M35X from your dealership and we continue to be extremely satisfied with our car as well as our experience with your team. You may remember when I first talked to you on the telephone, I was preparing to purchase the same car, different color, from another dealer in Lodi which is closer to my home. After talking to Tony, he convinced us to give your team a shot at winning our business. Having worked in the sales and service business for many years myself, I have a special appreciation for sales people, and we decided it may be worth our time to drive to San Jose to see this car, and to give you an opportunity to win our business.
It was worth every mile we drove from Elk Grove to San Jose. Upfront, after seeing and driving the car, we identified issues and concerns regarding the purchase. You addressed all of issues with the same level of importance, emphasizing how you would resolve our roadblocks to making the purchase. Understanding that your car was not the lowest priced one we found, the fundamental difference in closing the deal with us was your efforts and your sincerity in ensuring our satisfaction.
In addition to our experience with Tony and yourself, the after sales service provided by other members of your team continued to be excellent. Veronica in the Finance department continued providing exceptional service with our financing. She assisted us not only with our financing, but continued to make recommendations that evolved into extending more months on our car warranty and sold us on purchasing the Lo Jack security system.
Wilson Bui stepped in after we completed the financing with extraordinary support. He enthusiastically trained us on different features in the car, gave us his business card and mobile number, and told us if we had any questions we could call him any time. We talked to Wilson several times and he was always incredibly responsive to our needs.
It was the total team effort at Premier Nissan that put the icing on the whole deal and ensured our lasting satisfaction. In addition to the individuals that I have mentioned, I want you to know that we experienced the same level of personal service from other members on your team. Several times while sitting in the show room, we were approached by different members of your team with offers like, "can I help you with anything, or can I get you some water?" As someone who understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service, I think your team is on the same page and the right page! This is a credit to you Sam and the other leaders in the store.
It is very clear to me that our experience at Premier Nissan wasn't something that just happens by chance, what is more, I believe that it is the philosophy at Premier Nissan! Each one of you demonstrated your commitment to us as the customers and demonstrated your commitment to the integrity of your company. This consistent behavior, day in and day out, I am sure is the key to your team's success.
It is no secret in an up or down economy, customer satisfaction is the leverage to creating loyalty to your product or business. It is no secret that satisfied customers recommend you to other customers, and they become repeat customers themselves; they can be your best or worse source of advertisement.

I was pleasantly surprised that I received a Multi-Point Inspection, a factory oil change and a car wash for $30?.complete with Armor All.
The staff was great and I didn't feel like that they were trying to up sell me on items on the inspection.
I drive an Infiniti M45 and I had a problem with my car this morning on my way to work. It happened on Capital Expy right next to Premier Nissan. I originally called Frontier Infiniti, but while I was holding for several minutes, I decided to just go into your service dept. Your service writer came out to see me. She suggested a quick diagnostic to see if the car was ok to drive. The mechanic came out to take a look at the lights that had come on. A little brake fluid and a couple of minutes later I was on my way. No charge, no hassle, EXCELLENT SERVICE. I am a Customer Service Manager and just wanted to say a huge thank you to your team. I also will be having all my repairs done at Premier instead of Infiniti because of the service I received!

I just want to let you know how happy I was with my purchase at your location. I actually went to Premier Nissan of Fremont as well since they also promised to match quotes from other dealerships, however when I showed them the quote from Tracy Nissan, they decided that they would not match the price. When I was at the San Jose location, Wilson took the quote and had it matched and bested by $100 as promised with no arguments. I was very impressed; there were no questions or arguments!

I wanted to thank you very much for the wonderful experience that I had with you. Trading in my Altima and buying a new one can be an incredibly nerve-wracking thing and you absolutely did your best to set me at ease and make the entire experience as pleasant as possible. I really feel that I came away from the whole thing with a beautiful car at a VERY reasonable price. As a single woman with a considerably older car I was anxious about the purchasing process. I was first contacted by Janet Kim, in Credit, by email and she was good at communicating over a 2 week period. She listened to my concerns and encouraged me to make the 35 mile drive from Santa Cruz over to her Dealership. She worked very hard with my budget to find me a great car that I could afford. When I say worked, that is an understatement - she was extremely patient and very good at explaining different options to purchase. I walked away with a beautiful used car and sped home happy to have (surprisingly) had a pleasant time at a car dealership, which I never dreamed would happen. Thank you Janet !!!
